Take the time to know what is essential to you, what is your belief, and what really you want to do!. Stop carrying the baggage which is not yours, drop the baggage, and try finding your authentic self. Expose yourself to new ideas and beliefs and try to find what resonates with you.
It would help if you tried redefining your values and beliefs. Get clear on what you care about with an Open mind. Don’t afraid of vulnerability and authentic self. You will be discovering your new self in each phase of your life and revealing new pieces of yourselves as you move.
